ALL VIEW SPA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for booking with All View Spa; these are our general terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully and call our office if you have any queries.

Please note that we have a NO REFUND policy and the following cancellation fees apply:

­More than 30 days prior to arrival ­ 15% of the total tariff.

­30 days or less ­ 20% of the total tariff.

­7 days or less ­ no refund.

On the day of arrival a quick phone call as you are driving through Healesville (or Alexandra), will ensure a representative is available to meet you at the property you have booked. 

Check in time is 2:30pm on day of arrival and check out is 12:00 noon

No Pets of any description.

        BOOKING CONDITIONS ­ FOR ACCOMMODATION

  1. Bookings may be made by telephone or mail.
  2. Our office is at: 64 Falls Road, Marysville, Victoria 3779; Telephone (03)5963 3388 Mobile 0418 313 888. www.allview.com.au
  3. The person who makes the booking remains the "sole contact person" for communications.
  4. All bookings must be confirmed by payment of a deposit of at least 50% of the total tariff and the balance must be paid on arrival or the booking may be cancelled by All View Spa with no refund of the deposit.
  5. Deposit may be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, money order or direct deposit by electronic transfer. Payment by cheque will only be accepted if payment is received if cleared funds at least 14 days prior to arrival.

    BOOKING CONDITIONS ­ EXTRA SERVICES

  6. All View Spa  is able to assist with bookings for massages, meals and local attractions as a package with your accommodation.
  7. Extra vouchers will be available upon arrival and will not be sent by mail.
  8. We recommend booking a massage at least 4 weeks in advance.
  9. Changes to "extra services" more than 7 days before arrival will incur an administration fee of up to $50, regardless of the individual service providers’ terms and conditions.
  10. No refunds are paid for "extra services" which are cancelled or changed 7 days or less before arrival.

    VOUCHERS

  11. Vouchers are available from All View Spa and are subject to the same terms and conditions as outlined above.
  12. Vouchers must include an accommodation component and are not redeemable for cash.
  13. Vouchers must be redeemed in full on a single booking.
  14. Vouchers must be verified upon arrival.

    ACCOMMODATION ­ TERMS OF USE

  15. On weekends a 2 night minimum stay applies.
  16. On designated long weekends a 3 or 4 night minimum stay applies.
  17. Check in time is 2:30pm on day of arrival and check out is 12:00 noon.
  18. An All View Spa representative is only available to check in guests between the hours of 2:30pm and 9:00pm. Please contact All View Spa by telephone during office hours if you wish to make alternative arrangements for key collection.
  19. All View Spa is not responsible if the chosen accommodation does not meet the expected style required. Please view accommodation at our website www.allview.com.au prior to booking and call our office if you have any queries.
  20. All View Spa is not responsible for any failure of utilities essential services and appliances. Please report any failures as soon as possible and every attempt will be made to contact the appropriate authorities or organize repairs.
    However, immediate repair may be beyond our control.
  21. No refund or discount will be deducted from tariffs for unusable appliances awaiting repair.
  22. Call­outs deemed by All View Spa to be non­urgent will incur a call­out fee of $50.
  23. Visitors maybe received subject to notice to All View Spa and subject to a possible fee per visitor. Any additional cleaning required as a result of gatherings is the responsibility of the "sole contact person". Such cleaning costs may be charged directly to you.
  24. All View Spa is not responsible for the security of your belongings. Please ensure the accommodation is secure at all times.
  25. Accommodation will be serviced after 3 nights of a minimum of a 5 night stay when the following will be carried out: new linen provided, refresh service and bins emptied.
  26. Noise complaints: Only one warning will be issued any further complaints will result in immediate eviction from the premises with no refund.

    DAMAGED OR MISSING PROPERTY

  27. Please notify All View Spa immediately of any loss or damage to property including keys.
  28. Lost keys fee is $25 and any locksmith fees will be charged directly to you.
  29. If property linked to the accommodation is damaged, lost or taken during your stay, All View Spa reserves the right to charge you the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

    ADDITIONAL COSTS

  30. All View Spa reserves the right to debit your credit card, or send you an invoice for any amounts outstanding or any extra charges for cleaning, additional guests, extra bedrooms used, lost keys, call­outs, repairs, or damage to property.
